Our Leadership

My name is Rose McNaul. In 2023, my husband and I moved to Kane County to begin his legal career. He’s a West Point graduate who served ten years in the U.S. Army—including two deployments—before earning his law degree from Pepperdine University in 2022. For the past 15 years, I've worked as a film producer (formerly based in Los Angeles).

I’ve always believed in civic engagement and public service. When we arrived in Kane County, I began looking for ways to get involved and was encouraged by neighbors to run for the Batavia 101 School Board. While I didn’t win, I was humbled to receive over 2,000 votes.

During my campaign, I met many engaged citizens—especially moms—who wanted change in Batavia but didn’t know where to direct their energy. Many felt intimidated or feared losing relationships if they spoke out.

As the new Chairman of the Batavia Township Republican Central Committee, my goal is to connect with like-minded residents, emphasize the importance of voting in every election, and share real data.

Most importantly, I want to create a community group where people feel safe discussing real issues and working together toward meaningful change.

As Stephen K. Bannon says, “If your task and purpose is to save this country, this country will be saved!”

I’m looking for free thinking citizens who align with the MAGA/MAHA movement. I believe loyalty starts with faith in our families and communities.

Putting America First begins locally. That means asking tough questions:

  • What are our kids’ literacy and math scores?

  • How is taxpayer money being used?

  • Are we holding leaders accountable?

We must stay informed, show up, and work together for meaningful change!
